What's Involved With Building a New Home?

We begin by working with you and your architect to finalise your vision. This includes reviewing drawings, ensuring planning permission is in place, and confirming all structural and design details. If you need recommendations, we collaborate with a number of trusted architects and planning consultants.

Once approved, we start on site by preparing the land, digging out foundations, and installing drainage. This is the essential groundwork that ensures the home will be structurally sound and compliant with building regulations.

We construct the main shell of the house—this includes walls, roofing, windows, and doors. At this stage, the home takes shape, and you’ll be able to see the layout and character come to life.

With the structure complete, we move inside to begin plumbing, electrics, insulation, and the first stage of joinery. We also coordinate with suppliers for windows, glazing, heating systems, and other key installations.

We complete the second fix electrics and plumbing, fit kitchens and bathrooms, lay flooring, and decorate throughout. Before handover, we conduct a full snagging process and ensure everything is completed to the highest standard, ready for you to move in.
